Myofascial Release focuses on releasing the fascia which is the interconnected web of connective tissue that surrounds everything inside of us. Gentle, sustained pressure, usually 3-5 minutes, is held at areas of restriction until a softening occurs. Light traction of the head, arms or legs may be added. Expect to be relaxed, lighter and freer in movement afterwards.

Therapeutic Massage is used to melt away muscle tension, correct imbalances, and ease stress. It may be targeted to specific areas of pain and restriction or used all over for full body relaxation. A combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue strokes will be applied as well as trigger point release, cranio-sacral, MFR, and neuromuscular techniques when appropriate.

Lymphatic Drainage massage uses light, rhythmic hand movements to gently move lymph fluid through the body's lymphatic system, reducing swelling, speeding post-surgery or post-injury recovery, boosting immunity, and promoting deep relaxation. Can be combined with massage or myofascial release.
